I can admit it. Summer went faster than I expected. The kids start school next week! Soon Zac and Kayla will spend their Saturdays playing football and soccer, and we'll inevitably have less time to spend at Camp Bay. We loved our time there this summer and only hope more of you will enjoy it with us next summer! While we still can, we'll continue to enjoy our time together at the lake.
In many ways I am looking forward to fall and the changes it will bring. Crisp cool mornings, beautiful fall colors, getting the kids into their routines, cheering them on at their games and focusing on living in one home for an extended period of time!
Christian, Zac and Matthew have a tradition going of having "wet noodle battles" on the dock. This particular battle was won by Zac and Matthew, two-to-one!

Kayla loves to swim. The water was a little chillier than usual last weekend, but it didn't hold her back!
Christian, the biggest kid of all, surprised us by jumping in the lake one evening even though it was pretty chilly! Zac and Kayla were quick to follow while Maisie and I watched from the shore.

Even though we have neared the end of summer we will always remember our memories at Camp Bay this year. Plus we'll have next year and many years after that. I love you all so very much!
