We love your devotion to the LORD, your desire to live your life in a way that pleases God and your enthusiasm for learning more about the LORD through the Bible, church and devotions.


We love your sensitive heart. You are compassionate, soft hearted, and cry at all the same things that make me cry!


We love your generosity. It seems like you look for opportunities to give. There have been so many times I have been touched by your desire to give and your willingness to give up what you want in order to be a blessing to others.

We love your beautiful smile! The beauty within you really shines through when you smile.

We love what a good friend you are. You've always made friends so easily. When you were very young, you would just walk up to random kids and say "Hi, my name is Kayla. Do you want to be my friend?" and off you'd go...

You've come a long way since then and I know it isn't quite as easy to make friends as it used to be. Still, you are such a sweet, genuine girl. It doesn't surprise me how quickly you make friends.

We love your adventurous side and your willingness to try new things! I remember when we taught you to ski. You were so fearless! There were times we would almost fall down laughing because you would go down steep hills with such grace and ease.

We love how teachable and coach-able you are. You love to learn and it shows in more than just your grades and WASL scores, but in how you play sports, relate to others and live your life.

We love your silly side and we love being silly with you! Isn't it wonderful to feel understood???

We love that you like to have FUN in the great outdoors!

We love your love for learning! I don't think you've ever had a teacher you didn't love by the end of the school year! You really give your all and we are really proud of you.

We love how you love us! You encourage and support your family. I love to see how you play with, teach and love your younger siblings. I love how you have openly embraced new step parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles... I love the bond we've always had and nurtured through thick and thin!
