Kayla is attending horse camp this week at Farwest Farms. Mom, Grandma & Maisie went to visit her today and got to watch her ride "Small Miracle" in the arena. This is the second year Kayla has gone to horse camp and she is having a wonderful time. She'll meet some new friends that share her love of horses and get lots of experience taking care of and riding her horse for the week.

Kayla you look good on the horse. I want to go with you to horse camp next year!!!!!!! See you soon.Love, Maddy
I just got back from horsecamp last evening and I had the best time ever! For the first lesson I rode Babe. But when we took her to the vet we found out that one of her legs were lame. So the vet gave us some bute which is a medicine for horses, so she is recovering as we speak. Then I rode Small Miracle for the next two lessons. She is Alicia's horse and wasn't too happy that I was riding her. For the the rest of the time I rode a horse named Lucy. She is in a pen with a Percheron a.k.a. a HUGE big black horse. The funny thing was he is just so gentle and cute! I took quite a few pictures of him. I can't remember if I ever told you about the little foal Tater Tot. When I first saw him he was tiny! Now he's a beautiful palomino one year old stallion that is very gentle and if you wanted to you could probably train him easily. The only thing is that he's up for sale so I'm really going to miss him.
Love,
Blondie
